Large tub/shower, so the sand and mud-covered kids can be cleaned thoroughly after a day in the outdoors.
The interior is well laid out with a private master bedroom, which is separated and forward of the coach.
The living area is spacious with a dinette immediately adjacent to the large galley that easily converts to a bed.
The back of the coach has bunk beds that can accommodate the kids and friends.
The Tracer is a lightweight trailer that is loaded with comfort options.
Includes sleeping accommodations for 6-persons.
Upgraded manual leveling jacks.
Swiveling flat-screen TV for viewing in the living room or the forward master bedroom.
An exterior TV mount will accommodate the interior TV to be placed outdoors to accommodate your tailgating sporting events.
RV is very well kept and clean throughout the interior and according to the seller all appliances are functional.
Seller reported patio awning has been replace and is in good condition. Awning was not observed at the time of viewing.

Propane rack can accomodate (2) 10 gallon tanks - not included.
Solar panel maintains batteries but the control display is not operational.
