The Timber Ridge by ORV is a popular travel trailer that is considered by most to be a high quality RV. The interior is spacious with the slide in the living area, and it features a full kitchen, sofa sleeper, stadium recliners, a dinette, and a large flat screen TV.
The bedroom features a queen bed, a wardrobe slide, and an adjacent bathroom with a very large corner shower, toilet, and sink.
The kitchen has a 3-burner propane stove with oven, a large refrigerator freezer, a double sink, a pantry, and a convertible dinette that can sleep 2.
Most everything on the trailer is in good working order, including the slide. The trailer does need a new awning and an oven door.
While it is not smoke free or pet free, it reportedly does not smell like smoke or pets.
