New slide-out. Dinette is part of slideout, has access from outside to storage under seat. Adds greatly to K space. K has a large amount of c-top to work on.
New flooring in LR and K. HD vinyl planking.
I think that the RV needs a little more upkeep in terms of exterior replacement of damaged items. Awning needs replacement. Ding in the rear fender. Kitchen is in great condition, owner said all appliances work properly. Interior was very clean but used plenty. Jackknife bed folded effortlessly. New house battery is needed.
