The large living area gives you a roomy feeling. There are entertainment systems inside and out. As well as cooking facilities inside and out.
The big power awning gives you shade in the summer and dryness in the winter.
They have remodeled the front bedroom to make it more spacious and added six large drawers with self closing hinges.
There is a Rear Bunk Room with Door to give privacy for anyone staying with youand a Rear Bunk Room Dinette.

Overall, this Cougar is in wonderful conditioin. There is slight damage on slide out that is being worked on now. There is a small scratch on the front top of duratane treatment. One minor scuff and pinholes. The tires are upgraded from the stock tire to a Goodyear Endurance load range E tire and included in this sale are two brand new spare tires
Chassis, engine, under extended warranty. 84 mos from Feb 18.
