Right from the moment you walk in the entry door, you notice the additional headroom because of the patented Curvilinear roof with the 8-foot width that sets this North Trail apart from its competitors.
As you enter, you also stand in the large open kitchen area and see the beautiful Corian island leading to a full-service kitchen.
The kitchen includes solid surface counters and wood cabinetry with steel ball-bearing, full-extension drawer guides. The island has a stainless steel deep 50/50 sink with a stainless pull-out faucet. There is a three-burner gas range with a glass cover and a conventional oven. Above is a range hood with a light attached to a microwave. There is a 2-door wood panel refrigerator works on electric or propane. The kitchen has a lot of storage as well as a pantry.
The seating area is a curved booth dinette with storage under the seats. When removing the table, the dinette turns into a second sleeping area for 2.
Another great feature of the 2017 Heartland North Trail 23RBS is the entertainment wall. It features a flat-screen LED TV and a Furrion AM/FM CD/DVD player with blue tooth and USB. The TV is also on a swivel that allows you to select the angle you want, but it also turns completely around to provide a TV for the master bedroom.
The bedroom can be completely enclosed with the right and left sliding doors. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with nightstands and LED reading lights under the cabinets above on both sides. There are also wardrobe cabinets on both sides for clothes and under-bed storage for all your extras.
The bathroom in this North Trail 23RBS is located back toward the entryway, and it includes a glass door shower surround with pull-down sprayer. There is also a skylight as well as an exhaust fan. The vanity and medicine cabinet are hardwood with a single plastic sink and foot flush toilet. All of your tank info is also located on the wall in the bath.
The exterior of this 2017 North Trail 23RBS is fiberglass over an aluminum frame. There are outdoor speakers so you can sit under your awning and enjoy the outdoors.

This RV appears to be in very good condition, and the seller states that everything is working to the best of his knowledge.
The tires were just recently replaced.
There appears to be a bit of a small soft spot on the bedroom floor to the right side near the bed. However, upon taking photos, we could not notice any leaks.
The underbody is in great shape and is very clean.
