This 2015 Rockwood 8311SS by Forest River has all the flexibility and space you'll need for almost any adventure you can dream up.
Featuring a total GVWR of 8,650 lbs. this trailer is light enough that most modern half-ton trucks and full-size SUVs would serve as good towing vehicle options.
Featuring the rear bunkhouse floor plan there are sleeping berths for up to 11 campers in this bumper pull trailer.
The two patio awnings cover an outdoor kitchen on the left side and outdoor speakers on the right creating the perfect set-up for enjoying relaxing days at the campsite.
The entry door on the left side of the trailer provides direct access to the full bath so you don't have to go all the way through the trailer when you're outside on the patio. The added slide-out awnings provide additional protection from the elements for those areas of the trailer.
Entering in to the forward side door brings you into the main living area of the trailer. The main bedroom is to your immediate right and features a queen size bed, wall mounted TV with ceiling mounted speakers and entry doors on either side.
To your immediate left is the spacious L-shaped kitchen area. You'll have plenty of work space, especially with the fold out extension to the counter top, to prepare and cook meals after a long day of adventure.
The 3 burner LP gas cook top and stove along with a cabinet mounted microwave provide all the conveniences of a residential kitchen. The double well kitchen sink and dual fuel RV style refrigerator/freezer along with a spacious pantry cabinet round out the space.
On the opposite wall from the entry door, in the primary slide out you'll find a comfortable cloth upholstered sofa that has an air mattress that has only been used once or twice. The matching U-shaped dinette also converts to a sleeping space if needed and features a free standing adjustable height table that can be moved around the trailer as needed.
Further towards the rear of the trailer on the left side is the full bath featuring a stand-up shower, sink with a combo vanity/medicine cabinet and RV style toilet. It also has a direct exit door.
The bunk house at the rear of the trailer features two top bunks laid out in an L-shape with one fixed lower bunk and a fold out sofa under the other bunk. There is an entertainment center and storage cabinets along the opposite wall and the entire area can be closed off with the privacy screen as needed.
The trailer is in good condition over all with both the exterior and interior showing as expected for a 5 year old trailer.
There were no date codes present on the tires but the current owner did state this is the second set of tires on the trailer. There were no obvious signs of dry rot or cracking and the owner recalled that this set was put on in late 2018.
All mechanical systems, including the outdoor kitchen appliances, were in working order at the time of the photo shoot with no issues.
The owner is working to get a previously applied patch resealed (see pictures) and checking the interior ceiling in the area showed no signs of water marks or stains,
The owner is also working to source and price a replacement shower surround panel as there is a crack in it above the shower controls and below the shower head.
