It's a perfect starter trailer for a couple with one or two small children or the empty nesters who want the comfort of the trailer but not the steep learning curve of a larger trailer, fifth wheel, or motorhome. Although small and compact, at 6'5" I fit comfortably in it while photographing and stood up straight no problems.
The photos and video speak for themselves. Everything works and is in great shape. The TV and stereo have never been used, and the stovetop and microwave/convection not much more.

Per the seller, everything functions as it should including the fridge, air conditioning, furnace, stovetop, micro, TV (turns on but never used), power tongue jack, etc.
Only two things worth mentioning. While all the exterior graphics are in great shape, there is some minor oxidation due to the intense sun.
The tires are the original tires. They are the upgraded Hood River Edition heavy duty offroad tires. There is no obvious sidewall damage or wear and the tread looks almost new.
