With a 5109 lb empty weight, one can pull it with many different automobiles, small and mid-size pickups with ease.
Super easy to set up.
A very nice feature is the living room slide-out. This makes the living room and kitchen very spacious.
For a relatively small footprint RV, it seems very spacious. The bathroom has a large corner shower, porcelain toilet and sink, and a spacious medicine cabinet.
The outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, and sink are really nice. There is an outdoor refrigerator, a removable propane gas stove that attaches to a rail next to the outdoor kitchen. That stove has never been used.
There is also an exterior bracket used to support the Living room Television, which is in proximity to a pre-wired satellite TV connection.
Indoor and outdoor speakers are a nice addition.
Check the tires ( pictures ). They look new!
This RV is in extremely good condition. It is clean, always in covered storage, and seriously looks unused. The owner has never traveled in it........it has been parked since first purchased.
There are several quality upgrades and accessories included, such as an unused exterior bike rack. The owner also opted for a wireless backup camera, which can be viewed via smartphones from the car or truck used to pull it.
A helpful slide lock is included, which is super smart.
The owner is also including a 30 amp power cord and a sewer hose for connecting to facilities.
Of note, the bedroom television does not go with the RV.
