You will never look at a RV new or used in better condition. I could find a single dent, ding, scratch or scuff. There isn't even sun fading on the exterior. No evidence of wear. This is a must see to appreciate unit. Pictures can't do it justice.
Towable with a 1/2 ton is a big plus on two fronts. One is the better mileage the other is the resale ability. A great RV for an individual or couple. With the 2 slideouts not only is there plenty of room it also feels that way.
The bedroom has lots of closet space and drawers galore. A queen sized bed tops of the sleeping area. The bracket for the bedroom flat screen is already installed.
Moving toward the rear from the bedroom is the kitchen/living area. On the driver side is a nice sized fridge with a separate freezer. Further aft are two recliners with attractive trays attached for food or laptop. These can be rotated for what the occasion calls for or moved completely off to the side and out of the way.
On the passenger side is a double sink, 3 burner stove with splash guard and an oven. Above the stove is the microwave.
Still on the passenger side is a good sized pantry between the stove and the entertainment center. The entertainment center includes the flat screen, sound bar, wi/fi and control panel for lights, slides,etc.
The entire rear section has been devoted to a spacious bath area. On the passenger side you will find the lavatory and mirror. There is also a linen closet for towels plus lots of drawers. The toilet is in the center with the shower on the driver's side.
A 15,000 btu a/c unit will keep comfortable regardless of the weather on the outside. In addition two optional exhaust/recirculating units were added. One forward and one aft. According to the owner these units are more than adequate for nighttime comfort without needing to use the A/c unit.
For outdoor living the large 17 ft. awning provides plenty of shade. A large pass through storage area in the front will accommodate all the comfort and conveniences of life on the go.
Other items of note are the back up camera and space age wheel bearings that never need attention. Not pictured but included is a new gas grill and shelf for outside grilling that has never been used.
Again, this is a 'must-see to appreciate'.
The condition of this unit and its features is virtually flawless. No dents, scratches or any other signs of wear inside or outside plus everything works.
The front usually has a few pits where gravel has hit but not on this unit. There isn't even any fading from the sun due to always being kept under cover. Tires are less that 2 years old with approx 7000 miles according to owner.
