Sleeps 9 - a queen bed, pull-out leather couch, a dinette that converts to a bed, and 3 bunk beds in the back!
There are LED lights, an electric awning and electric jacks, outside kitchen, lots of storage, a beautiful kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and double kitchen sink. There are outdoor speakers, as well as an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. Brand new TV, leather furniture, and a nice slide-out for extra living space.
This trailer also has an extreme weather package on it and has been winterized, which means there is upgraded insulation and upgraded furnace, and heated and enclosed underbelly.
This trailer won't last! Priced below MSRP to sell quickly.
This travel trailer is practically brand new!! Was only pulled for about 5 miles. Bought in August 2018. The family that stayed in it for a short time left it in perfect condition. The seller is selling because he has several of these trailers that he bought to help families out that lost their homes in the CA fires. Once the insurance was able to help the families build their new homes, the trailer was given back to the owner.
There is a limited structural warranty - about 2 years left. Would have to check with the manufacturer if it's transferable.
