In my 3+ years at POP, through hard work and a commitment to my clients, I have enjoyed the good fortune of being a top 10 monthly and quarterly Senior Sales Representative. As well, currently I am engaged as a full-time Deal Manager and enjoy the opportunity to negotiate on both domestic and international opportunities. As well, during the past 15 months I have earned the distinction of having negotiated and closed over 750 deals. My focus has always been quality over quantity and the client always comes first in my efforts to achieve a closed deal to the client's satisfaction!

Victor was raised in the Midwest and has spent much of his life boating and camping throughout the Great Lakes region. Victor currently enjoys spending family time out on the inland lakes of northern Wisconsin as well as Lake Michigan and Lake Superior, fishing, swimming and participating in towable watersports. Victor also enjoys playing golf and assisting with the coaching of his children's various athletic teams.
