I worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries most of my adult life, but when I moved to North Carolina to be near my daughter and grandkids in May of 2021 I found a whole new world!
You see, I grew up in the dessert of Southern California, so coming here and seeing water EVERYWHERE I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!
I've always loved the outdoors, camping, and being on, in or even near the water. From swimming in canals growing up since that was the only water we had, to the Water Ski Team in college, many whitewater rafting trips in my 20's/30's (including one trip on Class 5 rapids) to being scuba certified for over 35 years...I LOVE THE WATER!
