For over 40 years Keith has served in executive management positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He retired as the President & CEO of SOS Children's Villages - Florida, a residential foster care facility serving the needs of at risk kids.
Over that same period Keith has been an avid recreational boater. He has been actively involved in his local chapter of the United States Power Squadron, serving in all Bridge seats and eventually serving as chapter Commander. He has received certificates in almost every educational course offered by USPS and has served as an instructor in a number of different courses.
Additionally Keith has crewed on a number of competition sailing yachts, the largest a Frer 50, and has been a part of winning crews in the historic Bayview-Mackinac race.
Keith and his wife Regina have been married for 48 years and have 3 children, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
