Hi Dave, You're my kinda guy! Every happy for you and your family! Life looks very good ??
OK me...so you can help me out,
1st. I have this summer to make up my mind in selling my home or staying, but at 74...my body from the past has been catching up on me, but I refuse to give up or give in to health issues! Also, financial, meaning, sell my home, I'm good, stay in home, get house mate...OK...still can travel! Without one or the other can't! So, time is ticking, had a 30ft. Coach, traveled for 2 yrs.& shared cost! Bought it by selling 33ft. Ericson/ shared costs 9 yrs!?...1970...on the Chesapeake Bay...oh ya'?? Yes! I know the good life?? So...have family and friends everywhere and really want to do one more full circle before it's impossible! But, also flipping out this time of year...and never made it down the intercoastal waterway...where...as I travel...where do I drop anchor, settle...so the traveling will also allow for final years...Yes! Unless God calls me home sooner than later...I want to sell townhome in an HOA...Ugh...lol!
So, just saw a pusher/ cumming and miles for 15k...close to would I buy...do not want anything over 24 ft. Really like self containment..So...ABC...outside/ engine and all mechanical parts have to be in very good to excellent condition! Not afraid of age, love quality, I'll make it my home for awhile/! Boat...do not know because my heart goes wide...and my yeah right??! Found a 1036? Up North...for 18K..26th. Lived in Delaware and have friends who most from have retired to the shore/ several sailing friends...so Rehoboth Bay...but not sure about this gal...what might be best to explore with! You might have some ideas!!! So, decisions final to be made by July end, early August! If I sell home...it will be gone within days of selling...so downsizing and making up my mind...is the biggie?? but again time is ticking....so! Look forward to what you might know! So either land or water/length, 20th. to 26th price, really ? to maybe 30K max...but 20k...nice!!!
Sooool...end of July
to end of Augest...Thanks

POP and it's people helped me sell my RV and purchase my new trailer. All went smooth in both directions. Tracy, David and Steve were at my beckon call what seemed like 24 hours a day. Don't you people ever sleep!
David tried to sell my RV and came out to take what seemed like 300 pictures of everything on my RV. No buyers could ever say "they didn't see that"! He kept me informed of all the action regarding the ad's interests.
When looking for a replacement trailer, David helped with suggestions and of course POP happen to have what I wanted.
Steve was the seller's broker and he jumped on my interest and answered any and all the questions I had.
Once the decision was made to purchase the trailer of my dreams'. I was handed off to Tracy. She grabbed the ball and handled all the paperwork, making sure nothing went wrong, was on time, and correct. She kept me informed of every movement, know one could ever say " she didn't tell you about that" everything when so smooth. I had such a great team to work with.
Was i lucky, i think not, Would I recommend POP for Selling or purchasing an RV/Trailer/Boat... Heck YES!! I can't wait to sell my trailer and buy something new... A few years down the line of course.
Thank you all again and again for making my life easy!

I am totally satisfied with the whole experience so far. Dave Orr's efforts and communication throughout the process have been excellent. I anticipate the conclusion of the sale will proceed in a similar manner. Six stars for your performance to date
