Cordell Barbour is a 30+ year resident of Prince Georges County. Growing up in PG he has attended Oxon Hill Middle and graduated in 2002 from Oxon Hill High School. After graduation and the events that took place on September 11 2001, Cordell wanted to help as much as possible so he enlisted in the US Navy October 2002. In the Navy he was stationed on the USS George Washington (CVN73) an aircraft carrier where he worked in the flight deck. After serving 4 years in the Navy he was honorably discharged in October 2006 and continued to serve his passion to help by joining the Prince Georges County Police Department in January 2007 to the current day.
