I grew up in rural NW Ohio along the banks of the Mighty (and muddy) Maumee River in Napoleon, OH. Since as early as I can remember boating, camping and the great outdoors have been a BIG part of my life. I spent numerous weekends growing up on the lake at our cottage near Angola, IN and the highlight of every summer was a camping trip to various destinations throughout the country. One the the favorites was always a visit to Rock Lake, Bruce Mines, Ontario Canada!

After heading to SW Ohio to go to the University of Cincinnati, I'd envisioned life in the coastal Carolina's but Cincinnati kept it's hold on me for some reason and I now live in Mason, OH near the King's Island Amusement park.

These days when wanderlust gets too strong you'll find me on trips back up to The Great Lakes, headed south to the many lakes of The Cumberland Plateau or one of the numerous State and National Parks throughout the Midwest.

I built a career in technology sales and after 25+ years of doing that I've decided to combine my professional skills with my passion for the outdoors and what better place to do that than here at POP Yacht's and POP RVs!

Two of my favorite quotes are anonymous but speak volumes about me... "Not all who wander are lost" and "Most pick a destination, others merely a direction" it is mantras like these that drive me to help people realize their dream of owning a boat and/or an RV and indulge that desire to go out and explore all the world has to offer!
