This RV has 2 Queen bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, emergency exits, and Jalousie windows. The interior is spacious with 10' and 14' slides. The two 15,000 BTU A/C ducted units will keep you cool and the 40,000 BTU floor ducted propane furnace will heat the RV in colder climes.
The kitchen has a 26" x 60" island with a ceiling fan and light above and has a double stainless steel sink with covers. Opposite this is the residential full-size stainless steel side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser, the microwave oven, and a large pantry.
There are 14' of fold-down tables for work, play, or guest dining, in addition to the stand-alone dinette table and chairs.
The entertainment center is set up for cable/satellite and has players in the built-in cabinet with the 50" TV. There is also a Winegard TV antenna with a power booster for local channels. The sound is routed to the 4 built-in ceiling speakers and special acoustical ceiling material throughout the living area and bedrooms. The 2 oversize recliners provide comfortable seating.
There is ample storage throughout the RV, including overhead and bedroom cabinets.
The 2 Queen bedrooms have plenty of storage with large closets above built-in clothes hampers. Under the beds is 60" x 80" additional storage with hydraulic lifters for easy access. The master bedroom also includes a built-in hidden closet that contains a 4-drawer steel file cabinet and a separately enclosed printer cabinet. The bathrooms have privacy pocket doors on both sides and 36" x 36" showers with frosted doors, skylights, and roof vents. Both bedrooms also have built-in 32" TVs mounted high for comfortable viewing.
On the exterior, you'll find a rubber roof with 1.5" insulation, triple axles, 2 leveling jacks, and 4 stabilizing jacks, and large pass-through basement storage. There is an outdoor porch light and extra scare lights for added security.
The entry has a triple step and a 10' blue acrylic awning that retracts into a protective aluminum case. There is a built-in rear ladder and spare tire mount with a spare tire that has never been used. All other tires are 2 years old with less than 1,000 miles, according to the seller.
