Included in a very nice washer and dryer unit.
Also is central vacuum system with all hoses included.
There is an exterior mini fridge as well as an stereo in the storage underneath along with a mount and hook up for another TV that's included.
Inside, there are two Vizio smart TVs. One TV in the living room that comes up out of a hidden area in the counter is a 50'" and the one in the bedroom is 32". These are brand new.
This RV is in excellent condition. The sellers have taken very good care of this fifth wheel. Some of the exterior gaskets on the slide outs have been replaced.
There was a soft spot on the forward drivers side slide out and that has been repaired.
All of the furniture has been recovered with a very soft microfiber cover that looks very nice.
This RV had no odor and actually smelled fresh. The sellers have taken extremely good care with all of the interior and exterior components.
All four tires are brand new!
Two AC's work great and the furnace is in great condition as well.
The seller did inform me that the awning probably had another good year left before it might need replacing.
