The Arctic Fox 35-5Z is built for living in climates where temperatures are low in winter and high in summer. The double-insulated walls, floor, and roof keep you warm or cool. This unit was bought for that purpose and it has served the owners well while they were on a field assignment up north.
Great comfort and very liveable describe this Arctic Fox. The three slide-outs provide an expanse for living, dining, and sleeping in style and comfort. A kitchen island and great appliance layout makes cooking and cleaning up a dream.

Finally, the living areas are elegantly crafted for warm colors, carpet underfoot and trim to match. You have to see this unit to appreciate how "homey" it feels.
This RV 5th wheel is in excellent shape. It has been well cared for by the owner. Stored outside there is minor damage from the sun. The owner reports everything is functional. Small repairs have been made, water pump, etc, nothing big.
