Located in Arnaudville, Louisiana, this nearly-new Durango 325RLT, manufactured by KZ, is an excellent fifth-wheel trailer for sale. The owner stated that the RV has hardly been used. As they are growing older, they are not using the unit as much as they thought they would and decided to sell it instead of letting it sit.
When you walk into the fifth wheel across from the entrance, you will find the kitchen area. The kitchen area is well appointed with a large six shelve pantry, island with double sink, a double door refrigerator-freezer, and a hutch with shelves and drawers. The dining table with four chairs is located across from the kitchen.
The Living area is located at the rear of the RV and is well appointed with a 50" LED HDTV; surround sound radio, DVR with a fireplace below. Across from the entertainment center, there are two theatre-style recliners for perfect TV viewing. At the back of this area, you will find a sofa sleeper.
Moving up the steps to the front of the RV, you'll find the bathroom, which features a spacious shower with a glass enclosure, a porcelain toilet, and ample storage.
The bedroom is located in the front of the unit; it is well equipped with a king bed, LED HDTV, large closet with sliding doors, and an additional closet with washer/dryer prep.
The 5th wheel appears to be in good condition; there were no issues noted during the walkthrough, the unit seems to have been well cared for by its owners.
The owner stated that to the best of his knowledge, everything associated with the 5th wheel is operating correctly.
