This 2013 MOUNTAINEER 346LBQ is a wonderful fifth wheel that makes for a wonderful camping experience as well as a secondary home.
This camper hails from Massachusetts. She has only had two (2) owners; the current owners have owned since Spring 2016.
They enjoyed traveling to Niagara Falls on a couple of occasions as an extended trip with RV; otherwise, they traveled to local campgrounds in the area.
In the last couple of seasons, the RV has not been used much due to family commitments.
The tires are original to the RV; there are tire covers regularly used to protect them.
The RV was always properly winterized.
The RV has a unique and spacious layout that includes a rear bunk room, a loft bedroom, and a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, ultimately allowing room to sleep up to 8 people!
The main living area is quite spacious; the kitchen has plenty of counter space and has a stove with an oven and a separate microwave.
There is lots of storage throughout the RV, and with one (1) full bath and one (1) half bath, no worries about having to battle for the bathroom!
When it comes time to do the laundry there is no need to have to drag your baskets to the laundry facilities as this RV comes equipped with a washer and dryer!
The RV has been a great space to spend time camping, and if it weren't for the purchase of a home and the children growing up, there would be no need to make a change.

The unit is very clean and has been very well maintained.
All the systems are reported to be in working order.
There are no distinct smells or odors.
The RV is currently winterized and in storage, not available until March 2021.
