Included with this 5th wheel is the Fast Track Patio System with the Automatic Awning & Patio Step. The patio system is not attached to the door, which reduces the door weight significantly. It has a King bed, a heated pad for the tanks, a sliding patio door, and a 3rd A/C for the garage.
It has three HD TV's (master bedroom, living room, garage) and a Stereo Entertainment system.

This 5th wheel RV is in very good condition. All of the mechanical, electrical, and electronics systems are in working order.
The tires appear to be in good condition, and there is a crank down spare tire and carrier.
The rear door/loading ramp/patio system are all in very good condition.
Like most RV's, the covering on the sofa is peeling.
