At a total length of 32' 11", this 5th wheel RV by COUGAR is ideal and is happily accepted in most National and State RV and camping locations in the US and CANADA.
The interior is very clean and everything works well.
The floor plan flows comfortably and is very family friendly. The front located master bedroom has a private sliding door and is adjacent to a very large shower and bathroom for this size 5th wheel.
The galley features everything needed for a "home away from home" camping experience. The slides are in the right location and give this compact RV a very open feel.
The dinette converts to a double bed.
In the rear of the RV are two large bunks which look to be almost queen size. Impressive.
Factory POLAR PACKAGE included. This is a great camper which is nicely appointed and perfect for outdoorsmen.
Everything works! The day I filmed the RV was unusually warm, and the A/C kept the interior nice and cool.
Interior wood cabinetry is nice. The kitchen appliances appear to be very clean. Overall, the interior just feels good to be in!
Tires are dated 2819 meaning produced the 28th week of 2019. The seller isn't sure of the exact date they were installed, but, the tread is deep and good and the tires appear to have plenty of tread left.
The exterior large awning needs to be replaced. Per an internet search, fabric replacement for the awning appears to average under $300. Not much for sure.
The fenders (shown) are both missing, and there is minor damage to the left side of the RV ( see pics ).
NEW replacement fenders can be found online for $119 per pair. Again, not much money, and can easily be installed by a DIYer!
The couch in the living area has also been removed.
