Looking for a home on wheels. This 2017 Pinnacle 38FLSA by Jayco is in Excellent shape and great for a retired couple to cruise the country.
The Pinnacle has high ceilings making the interior feel spacious and the 5 slides add to this feeling as well.
The main living space is in the front giving nice access to the kitchen when entertaining guests.
There are two AC units to help keep you cool while inside and there are blackout shades on all of the windows.
There are three sofas, two being a pull-out sleeper and the other being dual recliners with a 72" TV to enjoy the game. If you use Direct TV this Pinnacle has a Direct TV dish.
On those cooler evenings, there is a fireplace as well to help keep you warm.
The kitchen is nicely laid out with an island, double sink, and good storage. There is also a 110v residential refrigerator with an icemaker.
The dinette is set for two but when you need more space there are two folding chairs and an extra leaf that can be added to the table.
The bathroom feels big with the high ceiling and the large shower.
The master has a queen-size bed, great storage, and a washer/dryer combo in the closet.
There is also a door that leads directly outside so when you have guests that sleep in you do not need to disturb them if you need to go outside.
This 2017 Pinnacle is in excellent shape.
It appears to have been well maintained.
The sofa sleeper has never been used.
This Pinnacle has taken only one trip from Illinois to Colorada and back.
There are two house batteries - only one is currently being used and it is new.
The tires are original and appear to be in good shape.
