This 2017 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel has been lightly used since its original owner took it off the dealer lot. Don't let the smaller size, by 5th wheel standards, fool you. This trailer has a lot of usability in a smaller space.
Walking up to the trailer, you are immediately greeted by a nice comfortable patio area with an awning and outdoor speakers for a lazy afternoon at the campsite. There is plenty of storage underneath for all your necessities as well.
All of the utilities are conveniently located on the opposite side of the trailer to not intrude on your space.
Walking into the trailer from the mid-frame side door opens up with the main living area to the back of the trailer and the full bath and main bedroom upstairs in the 5th wheel bunk area.
The kitchen is well laid out and affords plenty of room to work and store all your provisions.
The dinette is set-up for two people standard, and with the table extension and the extra pair of chairs stored under the main bed, there is seating for four.
The living room features a comfortable fold-out couch and a matched pair of recliners. All seating areas have a nice view of the TV at the top of the entertainment center and the electric fireplace situated below the TV.
Walking upstairs, the full bath is on your left and has a walk-thru to the main bedroom. Space features a full-size, stand-up shower with a skylight as well as a nice backlit vanity and a porcelain stool.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with storage underneath and nightstands with built-in charging ports on both sides. The blue LED reading lights to make it easier on your eyes when soaking in the last chapter of that book before heading to bed.
Overall this 2017 Jayco Eagle 27.5RLTS has been very well taken care of by its only owner and it shows.
All exterior storage compartments doors, handles, and locks were in working condition.
The tires are the original ones that came on the trailer so while they are getting up in age there are no signs of excessive wear or dry rot/cracking in the side walls.
The heat works great, as it kept me comfortable even on a 22 degree winter day when we were taking photos. The A/C works as well although it wasn't left on very long!
There is one rub/scratch on the rear left side of the trailer that is actually easy to overlook if it's not pointed out and there is a picture of it posted.
All systems and features on the interior of the trailer are well kept and in working order as well.
The new owners of this Jayco Eagle can rest easy knowing the trailer is ready to hit the open road from the first day of ownership.
