The living area is huge, and features a brand new sofa/sleeper, new loveseat recliner with console, and a new refrigerator/freezer!

This coach appears to be in very good condition. The exterior paint is in very good condition and has not seen a lot of highway action.
The awning has some stitching coming undone, needs attention. Cost for total replacement if desired is about $1,500.
The interior is also in very good condition, with only moderate signs of wear on the cabinets (especially for a 2012 model!), and no noticeable wear of the vinyl flooring or carpet. All appliances work as the should per the seller.
