This 2013 Bighorn 3610 by Heartland is located in Ruskin, Florida. The current sellers are the second owners and have owned since 2016.
The Bighorn features (4) slideouts which provide abundant room on the interior. The sellers have added a leather convertible couch and matching white swivel chairs. There is a fire place under a flat screen TV at the rear of the RV.
The Kitchen has an island with double sink, residential double door refrigerator, stove and oven. There is a large pantry and plenty of cabinet storage.
The bedrom has a King size bed and washer/dryer hook up in the closet. The full bathroom has a large shower and glass enclosure with access from the hallway.
There is carpet in the living area and bedroom and vinyl in the kitchen.

The RV is in average condition for the year. The exterior has not been waxed in a long time and is dull. The interior is a mix of carpet in the living room and vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The subfloor in the kitchen has been replaced with marine grade plywood due to a leak years ago.
One burner on the stove does not light.
Slide seals are due to be replaced. Some are torn at the bottom.
The sellers did live in the camper full time for around 3 years from 2016-2019.
Tires were just replaced within the last 12 months.
