This is a 2008 Heartland Bighorn 3370RL Fifth Wheel trailer with the Master Bedroom at the front, and the living room in the rear.
The Master Bedroom has a large closet and storage. It does not have a washer and dryer, but it is plumbed and has the hook-up in the master closet.
The Bathroom with glass enclosed shower is all in one. The Kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, range with hood and standard oven, and a double sink. The cabinet over the sink allows access from the kitchen area or the backside in the living area.
The Living room is lovely and has five built-in speakers for your TV or stereo. The unit originally had a sleeper sofa that was replaced with two recliner chairs. The chairs, dining table, and television are not included. There are three slide-out rooms for plenty of space.
The furnace and refrigerator run on either propane or electricity, which makes it very economical and convenient.
It has the winter package which includes extra insulation.
The current owners live in this camper year round. They even lived in it in upstate New York for two years and were very comfortable in a cold environment.
