From the kitchen area, you have a couple of steps up to a beautifully laid out living room with two leather triple sofas, double heated leather recliners, and a grand fireplace, entertainment center with cabinets above.
As you make your way to the front through the kitchen, there are a couple of steps up to the large bathroom on your left. There is a sink and a large shower with a skylight. From the bathroom you go directly to the large master bedroom with a camper queen.
This Fifth wheel is equipped with a Cold Weather package and full rear basement for plenty of storage.
The Appliances are like new and show it. There is a solar prep package ready to have solar added. The washer dryer hookups are in the master bedroom. All in perfect working order. The convection microwave and oven have barely been used and look new.
The Racetrack ducting allows for more airflow than typical RV duct systems.
