Where to start??
This is simply a very well done Fifth Wheel. All of the lighting is elegant, and the cabinets are beautiful.
When you enter the living area, you notice the vinyl flooring with wood grain that is ēasily maintained. The dinette converts to a sleeping area and is right next to the two comfortable theater chairs. The chairs are directly in front of the large TV and fireplace. The fireplace is electric but puts out heat, and it is all remote controlled. The sides of the entertainment cabinet can be illuminated with soft LED lighting.
The back bedroom is separated from the living area with its own door. This room had two bunk beds and a love seat that converts to a bed. In front of the love seat is a place to mount another TV with all of the connections in place. There is also a half bath.
Going back through the living area you see the kitchen with its full-sized refrigerator & freezer, three burner propane stove and large sink.
In front of the entrance, you will find all of the electrical controls in a closet. A couple of steps up and you are headed to the Master Bath and Bedroom
The owner is 6'2" and had no problem standing in the shower!
In the bedroom is a Queen size bed, a chest of drawers, and a very large closet that is plumbed for a washer and dryer. The closet can be illuminated with a soft blue LED light or standard lighting.
Outside you have a large electric awning with a high wind sensor and speakers. There is LED lighting under the awning, at the steps, and in the speakers.
There is a large pass-through storage compartment that houses your water connections, satellite/cable hook up and the auto leveling jack controls. In the front storage compartment, you will find the pre-wired solar panel connection plug, and wiring to charge a battery with it.
And then... there is the outdoor kitchen! !! Why heat up the camper when you can enjoy the outdoors with all of the conveniences of a full sized kitchen?
What are the best features of this beautiful Fifth Wheel?
Is it the wonderful living area with the two recliners, big screen TV and electric fireplace with a remote control?
Would it be the big back room with its own door, two bunk beds, love seat that pulls out as a queen bed and a half bath?
Or, it could be the fabulous outdoor kitchen that has a wet sink, 110 outlets, a refrigerator/freezer, and a two burner stove?
Either way, there is a lot to enjoy about this camper!
This is a very clean camper with only a very few signs of wear.
You can tell it was lived in by two adults without kids.
The only noticeable damage is to a rear fender that was damaged when someone backed into it. It is minor damage and can be easily fixed.
