The 2009 XLR 385X12 Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler is designed to offer you the ability to enjoy what you want to do in comfort and without limitations.
The Toy Hauler features sleeping for up to 10 persons, has a complete kitchen, a generator, a mobile fuel station for your toys, and a new dual recliner.
Externally the XLR 385X12 features a large patio awning, LED clearance lights, a full one-piece two-ply rubber roof, black tank flush, a detachable exterior ladder, rear loading lights, and marine-grade speakers.
Inside the XLR's living area, you'll find the kitchen area in one slide and the dining table with chairs and dual recliners in the other. The opposing slides provide plenty of open floor space.
The kitchen is outfitted with a double kitchen sink, a 3-burner stove, a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave oven.
There is a pantry for storage, along with plenty of cupboard and drawer storage.
The entertainment center is located next to the kitchen with a TV and an AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 player, SIRIUS satellite ready, an AMP, subwoofer, and remote control.
Across from the entertainment/kitchen is the dual recliners and dining table and chairs.
The recliners have a built-in fold-down armrest with beverage holders.
The dinette has been replaced with a dining table and four free-standing chairs.
Moving forward up two steps, you'll find the bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower to the left and an enclosed toilet on the right.
In the bedroom, a queen bed with the headboard is located on the third slide. The mattress has been upgraded to a Sleep Number mattress. On the front wall is a large closet with sliding mirror doors.
Across from the bed, you'll find a vanity with a sink and a medicine cabinet.
There is also drawer and cabinet storage.
Back in the living area, a large loft bed with storage is located above the garage's sliding door. The loft mattress is still in the plastic wrap and has not been used.
The garage or cargo area is 12' deep and is outfitted with dual electric bunks/sofa.
The bunks can be raised to accommodate your toys.
There is also a separate entry door into the garage area.
The garage opening is 7' in height with a floor to bottom of beds height of 6' 3" in height.

The overall condition of the Toy Hauler is said to be very good.
Stress crack in the shower floor, the seller, has sealed.
The exterior is said to be in good condition with a little fading on some of the decals.
The interior is said to be in very good condition.
The tires are original but in good condition with no splitting or cracking and plenty of tread. Tires have covers, and it was not towed much, sat at a shaded camp location.
