This 2018 Columbus 378MBC Compass Series by Palomino is loaded with great features.
It features a front master bedroom with a mid-kitchen and rear living room.
The front master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large closet with a shelf, drawers, and a shoe storage area. Next to it is a single door closet with the washer/dryer prep.
The mid kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a residential refrigerator/freezer, three-burner stove with large oven, microwave, and a rolling kitchen island with storage.
The kitchen is a den/game room with a tri-fold sofa with a flip-up bunk above, closet space, with a sleeping loft above, which is accessible from the bedroom/bathroom hallway.
The rear living area provides a tri-fold sofa with an end table, dual theater seat recliners, a large-screen HD TV, and an entertainment center.
The outside provides a large amount of storage (including a large pass-through), a 20' power awning with LED lights as well as a 10' 6" awning, and an outdoor stereo system with speakers.

This 5th wheel is in very good condition. All of its mechanical, kitchen appliances and electrical systems are fully functional.
It includes a 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter to power the residential refrigerator/freezer when not connected to shore power.
The right rear stabilizer is damaged (as shown in the pictures).
