Entering from the side door, which features the Step Above folding entry steps, you'll notice both the added height and width of additional space that this gorgeous unit offers.
The well-equipped kitchen has solid surface countertops with an Island two basin sink, LG stainless residential two-door refrigerator with ice maker, water and ice in door dispenser, and a bottom pull-out freezer. Furrion three-burner gas stove with a Furrion oven, a Furrion microwave/convection oven, cabinets, and a pull-out pantry.
To the right of the kitchen are two tall china cabinets and a bar tabletop. This wall unit has soothing blue accent lighting on top.
There is a dinette table with windows, and day/night shades are throughout.
In the living area are an electronic hide-a-way upgraded 50" Vizio flat screen TV with a Bose sound bar and DVD player, electronic fireplace, ceiling fan, twin recliners, a Queen sofa/sleeper, and a 15000 BTU ducted AC with a heat pump.
The enclosed hallway bath has a toilet, sink with vanity, shower with bench seat and a skylight, cabinets, and an electric ceiling vent.
The spacious master suite features a king-size bed with storage beneath, mirrored doors to cedar-lined closets with lighting, washer/dryer prep, computer table, cabinets, and an upgraded Samsung smart flat-screen TV. The suite has a dedicated 13,500 BTU ducted AC system.
Outside you'll enjoy 2 awnings with LED lighting, Onan 5.5kW LP generator, MORyde suspension, hydraulic jacks with 6 point leveling system, allow wheels, wireless back up camera, spare tire and wheel, roof ladder, and 3 slide outs with slide toppers.
On top are two roof air units and a solar panel that will run the interior lights.
It comes with two 50 amp power cords, step-down adapters to 110V, and a 50 amp surge protector.
Due to the low use, this unit shows extremely well both inside and out. There were no odors noticed anywhere, and the seller reports that all systems operate correctly. On one of the recliners, there is an area where the upholstery skin has pulled away. There were no other scratches or dings noticed anywhere.
