This 2014 Elevation 3810 Toy Hauler, located in Blue Ridge, TX, is jam-packed with storage, beds, AND garage space! Features like a queen bedroom suite, 1.5 baths, drop-down beds, a generator, and a rear porch - this fifth-wheel have plenty of room for all your family and friends too.
Entering the hauler through the side door, you'll find a full island kitchen with double sinks, stove/oven, microwave, large pantry, and generous counter space.
The living area adjacent to the kitchen includes a huge TV and bar and a long bank of recliners. Forward and up the stairs is a large master suite with a king bed, large slide out wardrobes, and large nightstands, and his and hers wardrobes. The bedroom suite includes a generous forward bathroom area; featuring plenty of storage, a large shower, a toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet.
With a 10" X 8' garage, drop down king bed and double couches, heavy-duty ramp, 3000lb payload, TV, tie-downs, 30-gallon fuel tank for the toys, and a fenced ramp patio, you'll be able to bring the lawn chairs, pets, bikes, side-by-side and all your toys!
This fifth-wheel is in good condition, has never been lived in, is well-kept, and everything is working how it should.
The interior is in good condition with no stains, rips, tears, or odors. No scuffs on the interior walls. Newer TVs in the garage and master bedroom. The pleather long-recliner has some peeling, which is consistent with certain upholstery manufacturers.
The exterior shows well - the finish is uniform and shiny, the graphics are clean with no shrinkage, the underside (pictured) shows no road damage. New batteries Summer 2020. New tires in January 2019 with less than 1200 miles.
