THE BUILD WAS WELL THOUGHT OUT AND INCLUDES CONVENIENCES FOR OFF THE GRID CAMPING. It was completed in 2019.
Interior height is 6'.
The initial build is triple insulated with Havelock Wool, Thinsulate, and XPS foam board. Be assured it's all (all nontoxic and moisture resistant materials.
Enjoy a really attractive interior with contemporary cabinets with plenty of storage.

A WORKING KITCHEN WITH SIMPLE BUT USEFULL AMENITIES. A Magic Chef mini fridge, full size sink with modern faucets, electric water pump and dish rack.
There are two 7 Gallon tanks - for fresh water and grey water which is easily disconnected for dumping and refilling.
CHECK OUT ALL THE STORAGE: There are two upper cabinets with sliding doors - you can make notes directly on the cabinets and update with the dry erase. The base cabinet with stained wood countertop. There is a pullout tray for extra countertop space.
Keep the air moving with a Maxxair Deluxe reversible vent fan with built-in rain cover (a small hole in the floor with hatch lid allows air to circulate without ever having to crack the windows!)
There are two additional small corner fans for more airflow.

The Reflectix is custom sized for all the front windows which deflects the heat greatly. There are also reain guards over the front windows. Also handy are the insulated blackout covers for the rear windows.
There is no toilet or shower in the vehicle.
You can set up an outdoor shower from the rear door crossbeam. You would hang a shower or the owner suggested a punching bag for exercise.
2017 Ford Transit 150 Custom Van is a customized build for off the grid camping. Well thought out with quality materials.
The engine is a V6 with 275 HP. The vehicle has plenty of life with only 54,200 miles.
Everything appears to be well conditioned inside and outside.
