1997 El Dorado 37 Custom Bus Bus Conversion in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Although located in Canada, due to Canadian regulations, this RV is not available for sale to potential buyers in Canada.

This is a rare find commercial-grade bus conversion set up for full-time living with a huge rear bedroom, bunk beds bathroom, shower, re-done kitchen, and room for a washer/dryer unit.

Pushed by a Cummins diesel motor this is made for long trips and all-day running just like a passenger bus would do.

The interior has been removed and re-done with nice wood and updated cabinets.

There is some wear on the exterior which is normal for the 1997 model but the potential this has is huge.

The seller is including a rear hitch rack that stows the water heater and offers storage for a generator and propane tanks.

It's currently set up for a water hose connection, but there is plenty of room to install a water tank if needed.

Also included with the sale, but not pictured are two 250 watt solar panels.

Information On Condition

Good condition overall for the age. Some TLC is needed, which will also help make it your own as the happy new owner.

A few dings on the exterior. The access door window has been removed and there is some plastic paneling in its place. The current owner was considering replacing the entire door with a full wood design.
The right side of the windshield is cracked and also needs replacing.

The tires appear in good condition.
