18,000 miles ago, the seller spent well over $30,000 on a complete power train renewal, including an aftercooled 8v71 with jakes, turbo, and 8v92 turbo with bypass at 365 hp. The build included a new radiator, mitre box, driveshaft, clutch, transmission, dropbox, every hose, belt, bearing, and wire was renewed, even a grease bar with hoses to all hard to reach components.
The two drive tires are good at 70% or better. The other four are outdated but serviceable.
The 12kw Wrico gen-set has 1100 hours. It is in a quiet box, has a transfer switch, and is like new.
Both roof A/C's blow cold, and there are two fantastic fans. The fridge (gas and ac.), microwave, inverter, flat-screen, couch, and queen mattress are all less than four years old.
When they were not using the coach, it has always been kept at home, plugged in, warm, dry, charged, and cared for.
The tag axle is in front of the drive axle. This gives almost no body roll in curves or corners. The 05 model has a 96" width.
The price is listed in Canadian dollars.
The odometer does not work but shows 18000 miles. If there was an original odometer, the current seller does not have it.
This bus has a rear queen bedroom just behind the walk-through bathroom, which has privacy doors. The shower is a stand-up stall only.
Behind the drivers' chair is a dining table with a fold-up extension and two chairs. Next is a rear-facing work desk.
On the passenger side is a free-standing residential couch.
In the kitchen, you will find a three-burner stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator freezer.
The interior ceiling clearance height under one of the AC units is 78.5".
The seller asserts the paint on both left and right rear side panels is peeling but could be spot repaired as the rest of the bus paint is good.
In the future, the upper control arm (steering) bushings will need replacement. The aqua hot was recently serviced, and the boiler re-skinned but has one line leaking but is still serviceable.
The 6-6volt deep cycle batteries are four years old, always charged by the inverter.
The speedometer does not work.
