This 2017 Winnebago Spirit has a fantastic layout! You will enjoy the room inside this coach, and you will enjoy the ride as well. This RV is set on a 450 chassis and not a 350 chassis, this gives you extra stability and greater towing capacity. This RV has low miles, it is very clean, very well taken care of, and is ready to go camping or exploring tomorrow morning!
The dual slides up front that are directly opposed to each other really open up the front of the RV. The black and tan interior of the coach really looks sharp, and that same color scheme blends right into the kitchen are as well.
Speaking of which, the sellers upgraded the refrigerator to a larger fridge, and you'll really appreciate the larger freezer area as well.
The restroom has a nice size shower, and the sellers upgrade the toilet as well, taller and a bit bigger around than the average size "tiny" toilets you find in most RVs.
The third slide for the RV is found in the rear and extends straight out the back. This is a very nice option as it allows complete access to both sides of the bed. You'll find another TV and ample closet and storage room here as well.

Generator fired up quickly and ran perfectly, was just serviced in the fall of 2022.
The tires up front are Michelin and were recently placed on the unit. The tires in the rear are older and are Firestone Transforce tires. All have good tread.
