This RV is in overall good condition.
The owner has informed me he is the 3rd owner and has done all recommended maintenance.
The Couches as well as driver and passenger seat were just recently recovered and now look brand new.
The garage has a separation in the ceiling from what appears to be an old water leak. Seller states that there is no more leak and it is now just cosmetic.
Seller claims everything is in good working order.
