The current owner purchased in 2016 and made a few additions and upgrades. She added a backup camera and installed a new refrigerator. Since then, she has traveled to National Parks, where she served as a camp host. The one thing she really likes about the Conquest is how easy it is to drive and park. At 23 feet in length, it is very nimble and easy to maneuver.
When you walk in, you will find all of the comforts of home. As you enter the coach, you will be facing the slideout and a tan premium vinyl (feels and looks like leather) couch that folds out into a bed.
To your left is the very useable kitchen with a Stainless Steel double basin sink, Dometic microwave, Suburban LP cooktop, and oven. The owner has stated that she has never used the cooktop or oven; she would always cook over the campfire.
As you walk to the rear of the coach toward the bedroom and bath, our Dometic LP/Electric refrigerator will be on our right. You will find the vanity in the bathroom with a porcelain sink and a one-piece fiberglass shower with an integrated seat. To the left is the double bed and television.
As you head back to the front of the coach, you will notice the bunk/storage area over the cab, which has an access ladder and cargo next to secure stowed items. Above the entry door, you will find the second television.
If you are camping or tailgating in an area without electric hookup, you can power your coach with its Onan 3600 LP onboard generator, which has less than 17 hours.
You will be pleasantly surprised with how much storage there is inside-outside for a coach this size.
For a 2011 coach, the interior is very well maintained and DOES NOT show its age. The vinyl floor is in good shape, cabinet faces and interiors are clean and show little wear.
The cab area is clean, and the seats are in very good condition. She always kept them covered. The dash air functions and blows cold.
On the exterior, the paint and decals are showing their age. Some of the decals are starting to crack and peel, as you will see in the photos provided.
The exterior storage compartments have functioning locks, and door stays.
The slide awning is in good condition.
The patio awning arms and fabric are in good condition, as you can see in the photos provided.
The previous inspection revealed a previous leak and noted that roof seams need to be recaulked. The owner has scheduled for this to be performed at a local RV facility.
