This RV is currently not in use. 2nd owner, bought from a close friend. Don't have a reason to travel at this point. The best feature is the size of the RV, it is easy to pack up and take off. The is a large amount of storage space for the compact size, it is well thought out. Sleeping and eating is on the versatile kitchen table. Although this unit will travel with 6 people comfortably, it only has room for 4 sleepers.
Exterior is spotless, with no scratches or wear marks visible. Tires look good, but may need replacing. The is a tire pressure monitoring system installed, as well as the self leveling jacks. Large awning operated quietly and smoothly. No outside grill or entertainment packages.
All hoses and electrical come with unit, including water and sewer, and 30 amp wiring. Exterior ladder is sturdy and accessible. Steps pop out appropriately, and are sturdy.
Kitchen is an upgrade with SS appliances and black trim. Kitchen sink is small, but works in unit. Bath is just enough room to be comfortable. Both inside and outside shower have never been used. Refridge/freezer is mid sized, super clean. Unit comes with pots and pans, plates, glasses and silverware!
