The driver and passenger seats, the large dinette, and both theater recliners have been reupholstered.
The exterior boasts a 15.5ft power retractable awning. It is solar-ready, which easily charges the 12v system with aftermarket panels.
The Fiberglass roof is durable and easy to clean.

This motorhome has been well maintained and is clean inside and out.
There is some mildew buildup on the roof, but it can be easily removed (it came off with my fingernail). The roof looks in good condition, with no visible signs of water penetration.
There was only slight water intrusion in the living area as the slide went out. There is no evidence of a previous intrusion, but it may need a new seal.
All else appears to be in acceptable condition.
