I personally took all the pictures of this beautiful one owner, 2016 Coachmen Freelander 27QB. The sellers custom ordered this from the factory; they are downsizing and have a Class B to replace this one, which is the reason for the sale. They have all the maintenance records for services performed.
The vehicle is powered by a Ford V10 gasoline engine with only 21,973 miles. All services are up to date per the seller. The Onan 4kW generator has only 22.7 hours. The sellers only stayed at campgrounds, so the systems on the RV have been gently used. The rear shocks were upgraded to Firestone Ride-Rite air assist rear shocks.
She sleeps up to 8 people; you have an upper bunk, a dinette sleeper, a jack-knife couch, and an upgraded Serta queen bed.
The Dometic air conditioner was upgraded from 13,500 BTU's to 15,000 BTU w/heat pump to keep the temperature comfortable year round. Another upgrade was the "Big Foot" quadra hydraulic auto/manual select leveling system.

Overall this RV was in very good condition; it is stored outside under a tarp, which has helped it stay in great condition. The tires are original but looked to have plenty of tread and no sidewall cracks. The exterior body was in very good condition. The roof was just resealed with Eternabond.
Moving inside, it is also very clean, with no offending smells, and I didn't notice any signs of heavy use anywhere. This RV is in move-in road-ready condition per the seller. Come take a look at it for yourself; you will not be disappointed!
