This is a very well-designed oversized van conversion.

The van's back end has a split seating arrangement with a table in-between. When you remove the table and utilize the seat back cushions, you turn that area into a king-size bed.
There is a toilet with a holding tank and a sink with a shower. No need to rough it in the open space. There is also an external shower for washing off sand while beach camping.
In short, this van is a compact camping machine with everything in its place and lots of room left over for realization.
The Van is reported to have been kept serviced according to the manufacturer's requirement. The tires are in good condition with lots of miles left.
