Information On Condition

Per Seller :

Turbocharged 7.3 powerstroke Diesel engine with 122,000 miles. (extremely low for this engine, known to go up to 700,000 miles if well maintained)

Even for a large vehicle, it drives like a charm and easily cruises around 70 on the highway with decent acceleration at lower speeds. Cruise control works perfectly and is a great for long drives. Gas mileage depends on the terrain but can go 5-6 hours on the highway without filling up. The Van lived its whole life in California as a well maintained commercial vehicle for Xerox before I purchased it in 2017

Skylight windows in the roof allow daylight in so no need for lights during the day. I completely redid the seal around the windows and have had no leaks.

Air ride suspension in the back tires with easy fill up ports on either side of the van.

Well cared for with maintenance records and proper oil changes.

Completely rebuilt transmission with less than 5,000 miles on it. (12,000 mile 12 month warranty included on the transmission.)

Built in 6,000 watt honda RV generator with outlets, circuit box and shut off switch inside the van. Independent gas tank with fill up hole right next to diesel fill spot. Worth about $4,000 new.

The House (what's been added)

Storage and kitchen
Dresser and small food pantry as well as a hand pump sink with both water and drain containers stored underneath for easy filling and dumping.

Sleeping and structure
Two Beds, one double and one single loft bed, both futon mattresses. Both custom built out of reclaimed cedar wood.
Double bed can fold into couch and has extensive storage underneath. I fit 4 pair of skis and multiple bins of clothing.
Reclaimed cedar floor and loft.

Heat and air conditioning
30,000 BTU Suburban propane heater on a thermostat keeps it nice and warm in any temperature. (Complete overkill for this size space but super nice to have and warms up the room in only a minute or two.) Runs off standard propane tanks with hookup and storage area mounted to the back of the van. Extremely efficient, the owner spent a month in Utah in the middle of the winter and only used two tanks of LPG.

Power and Lights
300 Watt solar array on the roof of the van with a controller inside connected to two car batteries. 12-volt system for charging phones, computers etc.. One outlet on the headboard of the double bed and another three inside the overhead cabinet.

Large air conditioning unit built into the van. It may be in need of service, but I've never used it because I was traveling in the winter, most likely would be repairable if needed.

Generator fully works but I found that I never ran out of power using just solar with heat, lights and multiple things charging. But good to have a backup.
