It boasts all sorts of extras such as an auto-start generator, 76-pound propane tank, battery power converter, 3 power-retractable slide-outs, and 20' power-retractable porch awning with led lights!
Inside the kitchen area has everything you need including, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, nice cabinets, double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, microwave, and pantry.
There are 2 TVs inside for entertainment, including 1 that is hidden and power-retractable, and an additional TV outside. Inside there is also a fireplace and both cable and satellite pre-wiring and a stereo system and interior speakers.
It has a full bath with a toilet, shower, vanity, sink, cabinets, and skylight. Also, it has a half bath with a toilet, cabinets, vanity sink, and skylight. It also has separate gray/black water tanks for both the half bath and the full bath.
It sleeps 5. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. Additionally, there is a convertible dinette and a theater-style double recliner.
The entire unit feels super luxurious and spacious! There is classy woodwork/trim throughout, really nice window treatments and fixtures, etc., that make the unit feel extremely high-end.
You will certainly want to see this one!!
According to the owners, all the mechanical and operational functions are in good working order. This includes engine, generator (only 184 hours), heat/ac, water tanks/pumps, propane, 50 amp service connections, batteries, inverter, auto-leveling, etc.
The appliances all appear to be in good condition as well. The owners state that the refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, sink, etc., are good to go.
Also, it appears that the bathroom is also fully operational. The shower and sink appear to work well.
This coach is clearly in "better than expected" condition for its age. With less than 7,900 miles, this one won't last long!!
