This is a great example of a very well maintained 2010 Tiffin Phaeton (Model is 40QTH). She is beautiful inside and out, and you can tell when you first see her that she has been well cared for and maintained. This model was the last year Pre-DEF.
You'll appreciate the beauty and roominess of this coach the minute you step inside. With 4 slide-outs, there is plenty of living space in every area, from the main living area (extended with the front two chairs swiveled).
The Master bedroom features a king sized, walk-around bed, large closet, washer and dryer, and lots of drawers to keep all of your clothes.
The bathroom is designed with a separate sink and vanity and a walk-in shower. The toilet has it's own separate door and there is a toilet, sink and vanity in there too.
The kitchen has everything you'll need, with a residential refrigerator-freezer, a convection microwave, a 3-burner stovetop (with a cover to allow for more counter space when not in use) and an oven. It also has a stainless steel, double kitchen sink and a pantry for additional supplies.
In the main living area you'll find everything you could want, with two convertible sofas (one with an inflatable mattress and the other is a jacknife), and a dining table with four matching chairs. There's also an office setup that includes a file cabinet, a place for a printer, and a desk top for your computer.
The the front chairs, the living area will seat about 10 people if you want to have friends or family over to visit.

This coach appears to be very well maintained by the seller. It is always kept him covered storage for six months of the year, when not in use.
The exterior paint is in great condition, there is one scratch on the passenger side in the rear of the coach, the seller is going to fix it if there is time before this is sold, and a very small nick shown in photos, and that's all could find!
Inside the coach, everything is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches, nicks, or tears anywhere. All systems work on the coach as they should for the seller.
The coach GPS is not working, but the seller has the RV Garmin, GPS that goes with the coach.
