It sits on a Freightliner XC chassis powered by a Caterpillar C7 7.2 Liter Turbo Diesel I6.
This thing is loaded down with features! It comes with an Onan 7.5W manual slide-out generator, 4 slide-outs each with its own awning, an automatic patio awning, a manual door awning, a 2000 Watt Inverter with 100 Amp Converter, & Transfer Switching, Four 6v Batteries, waste-water flush system, and much more.
The unit also has Direct TV Satellite Dish (new installed 2019)
Also, it has a double electric step entry, exterior patio light, lots of lighted exterior storage, wheel covers, exterior 110V receptacles, two 15,000 BTUs A/Cs, and a backup camera with a color monitor.
As far as indoors, it has a super-spacious and luxurious feel to it. It has 2 Samsung smart TVs, a double kitchen sink, microwave/convection, lots of cabinet space and closet space, full bathroom, removable kitchen table with chairs, satellite, washer, dryer hookups, and more.
This one is move-in ready, and because it is a Caterpillar diesel, it has a ton of life left in it.
We always encourage every buyer to inspect the unit or have a survey done to ascertain the unit's condition for themselves.
This unit has been extremely well maintained. It has all of the maintenance records available. The owners have personally stayed in it every winter for a good number of years. When they aren't in it, they keep it in covered storage.
Each year after they lived in it for the winter, they submitted it for servicing to the Freightliner maintenance shop in Red Bay, AL, where Tiffins are manufactured. They are also an authorized Cat and Allison service center.
According to the owners, all of the mechanical functionalities are in good working order as far as the unit goes. This includes the engine, generator, water systems, city hookups, awnings, and slide-outs.
All indoor functionalities are also in good working order, including the appliances, TVs, plumbing, lights, etc.
Upon my inspection, there were no visible rips, tears, etc., in the furniture, shades, or mattresses. Everything looked fantastic for a 2006 model.
This is a must-see!!
