This 2008 Phaeton is a great coach with many years of life left in her! She is powered by the powerful and reliable Cummins ISC Diesel Pusher with a Cummins Generator.

Inside, you have all the comforts you would expect from a Phaeton Motorhome. The living area is spacious, with plenty of seating between the front swivel chairs, the queen-sized sleeper sofa, and the additional sofa. There are also chairs for the dinette that can accommodate more when you have company.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker, a 3-burner stovetop, and a convection oven. There's also a double kitchen sink and a pull-out pantry section that provides additional counter space.
The bathroom is located between the kitchen and main bedroom and has a full-sized shower and a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, and vanity. There's also a second sink and vanity area in the corner of the main bedroom, so you'll have plenty of room for more than one person to get ready at the same time. There's also a clothes washer and separate dryer, so you won't have to look for a laundromat while on your adventures.

This coach is in good condition for her age. The exterior paint is in good condition except for the front crown area, where there is some paint peeling. Otherwise, the exterior has some scratches from use, but overall the paint looks good!
Inside, the coach looks very good. The leather furniture is in very good condition, as are all cabinets and countertops, and all appliances and systems work as they should per the seller.
Two tiles have cracks in them, but nothing major or that needs immediate attention.
The roof appears to be in very good condition and well maintained.
The awning tore off on the last trip across the country and the seller removed the frame, which still works, but awning needs to be replaced, and both re-attached. The mechanism still works as it should per the seller, but the awning and awning arms need to be replaced. The seller says parts are about $1,000.
There is a broken entry latch and the chrome is failing on the side mirrors, as shown in photos.
Tires are 66 months old and will need to be replaced.
Recent inspection shows sort spots under slide out, seller is addressing them. Apparently there was water damage at some point, but it appears to be dry now.
