The condition of the exterior is excellent for the age. It IS stored inside when not in use and it shows.
The tires were replaced in 2019 and are slightly over three years old. The house batteries are two years old, and the engine batteries are new this year.
The only issue anywhere is the sofa, driver, and passenger seats. The cats that traveled with them would sit at the top and leave claw marks. The coach price was adjusted to account for that.
1) Last engine and generator services were done in August.
2) Windshield was replaced in August.
3) It has tire sensors.
The owners say they maintained it according to the owners' manual and they have the records.
